The Almendárez family, third-generation coffee farmers
La Guadalupana Farm, Nicaragua
The family cultivates the Catuai and Java varieties – with the Java portion coming from Luis Manuel's family, while the Catuai portion is tended to by Mama Olga Marina's family. Arianova and Victoria Benhazir grew up with coffee from a young age and have fully dedicated themselves to their own farms after completing their studies.
As is so often the case, the new generation has made a decisive contribution to the farm's positive development. It is no coincidence that we first made contact with Arianova before we were able to get to know the whole family in person on-site.

Packaging = House facade in Sebaco, Nicaragua
On our way to Dipilto, we passed through Sebaco and noticed several houses with this paint job - we just thought it was really cool. That's why it became our packaging!

Our personal, self-taken postcard
During our trip to Finca La Guadalupana, we had the opportunity to stop by the Almendárez family's home. Especially impressive was the table, adorned with old utensils and mementos deeply rooted in the history of the family and their ancestors. It was immediately palpable how significant this place is to them. The dedication and passion with which Papa Luis Manuel spoke about every single piece says more than words ever could.
